If you are slightly mechanical you can do all those easy. Sunroof seal depends on which side. One side is $12 one is $120

NE Philly (Bucks Co), may be right in the middle of you two. But, anyway, the break wear sensor shouldnt be all that hard. There is only 1 on the car- front drivers side. I forget exactly where it is, but if you know how to change a brake pads then it will be a since- brake pads are pretty easy to do. Just take the wheel off and take a look a raound. The sunroof seal should be fairly easy to replace by yourself. People probally have them in the parts section- the seals are all the same I beleive. The power steering return line. I have never worked with my PS before, but doesnt look all that complicated, local parts store may have some rubber tubing that you might be able to use. exitwound lives in State college, has a lift, and 2? of his friends have 944's.

I wouldn't even bother with the brake pad sensor. Just tape the wires together.
