do the 944s have rear camber adjustment? if not, is there is camber kit you can buy to make it adjustable?

Yes, you can adjust. Search around, there was a good diagram about which bolt does what on the rear suspension.

Ride height affects both toe in and camber:

"The toe and camber are hard to setup in the rear. When you adjust the ride height, you are also adjusting the toe and camber. It takes a real pro to setup a 944 after making major modifiications. You might need to find another shop that knows all about how to align a 944. I went through three shops after doing rear coilovers with mixed results. I then did my homework and found a shop that fixed me right up. I am running 1.5 degrees in the rear but I track the car. If the car is mostly for street, the factory setup is the way to go."
Brian Broderick

AND

"No - you change the toe and camber at the same time, potentially. It's the same 3 bolts, with two eccentrics working at odds with eachother. So you have the P221 special tool to control toe, correct? Now, do you have access to an alignment rack?

Generally it's the eccentric which the swaybar endlink connects to that adjusts your camber (27mm hex); the P221 eccentric tool you insert adjusts the toe (24mm hex). Enjoy."

Here is a tool to adjust the rear:

we have an alignment rack at the shop i work for.

I was trying to figure out how to do the rear camber adjustment and couldn't figure it out. I still don't get how those bolts in the diagram would adjust the camber, but ill put my car on the rack again and look at it in person.

Thanks

Correct - the P221 tool is actually to control the toe adjustment; the eccentric already there adjusts camber. If you're lucky/don't have to move far, you can sometimes get away without the tool. Better if you have it, for sure, but as long as you can measure, no worries.
