BMW 5 series Bosch Reference Sensor (With longer wire) - Bosch F6010- 12760
List at BMW $153.83...... Zygmunt Motors: BimmerParts.com $54.00 |
You could also just look up your vehicle on the Bosch Cross Reference site and get the number they suggest-------0.261.210.003 (.002)
These are available for about $66 An additional note: I have seen some vendors sell a 944 cross reference sensor with out the silver sheild on the end. Black plastic top to bottom. I do not suggest using these because your (turbo) starter may "cause magnetic interference from the starter during cranking---hard starting" Bosch eCat-online http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1258322201.jpg Have a Good Day John_AZ |
Cocacolakid: how did you find out about these guys?? This place is 5 minsuets from my house, and could be my personal walk in and shop store. I ordered the sensors from them, expecting them to get here 4-5 days later, 2 days later (1 buisiness day) I got the sensors, and see that they are in Doylestown (very next town over).

I was doing a web search for prices on cross-reference parts for our 944's and found them. Theu seem to know what they are doing and have slightly and some times much less on prices. The correct sensors cross-reference to the Bummers (ha ha).
