Hi guys,
I discovered something very strange today on my parts car(86 N/A),it has 951 injectors part number 0-280-150-803 and it works fine with no problems.I thought 951 injectors had different impedance and don't work on N/A's .How is this possible?

BAD---BAD

Same impedance=LOW

BUT.....

The turbo injectors may "work" but you are shoving a lot of fuel into the cyl. This is very bad on the cyl walls. In addition, fuel mileage is crap.
Fuel flow turbo injectors=37.1 lb/hour
Fuel flow NA injectors= 22.83 lb/hour

You need to get the correct set.

Are these any good Porsche & Volkswagen Fuel Injectors - VW Bosch & Lucas Injectors .How would 24 lb/hour affect the engine? Where can i get a set of remanufactured or new injectors for good money?

So the Ford injectors for the 2.3 liter engine would work for the 1986 n/a?
Any specific year that we need to look for?

Thanks

Sorry, The chart I have does not show the year.

Bosch 0-280-150-159 were used on the Ford 2.3l and are a close substitute for the OEM Porsche 2.5l injector 0-280-150-158

Do not use the Bosch 0-280-150-160 that were also listed for the Ford 2.3l. These only have a fuel flow of 17.6 lb/hr
