Heater box drain
Hi new here I was wondering if anyone knows how to get to the heater box drain on a 88 N/A heater box is full of water and pours out on my feet when making hard turns need to clean the drain out any help would greatly appreciated Pete

Look for the drains at the side of the car near the bottom of the windshield. I used a water-pik to clean mine out. Low added volume but good force to clean out debris followed by evidence of drainage out from under the quarter panel. Check the battery tray for rust as these can rust and lead to leak into the passenger side footwell. Someone else may know if there are anymore drains for this area.

With the battery removed... the white arrow is approximately where the drain is located.

there is also one above the torque tube just in front of the shifter. use compressed air to blow this one out.

The drain above the torque tube comes out behind the radio for the A/C evap drain. Put a rag or something shoved behind the radio to catch the crud you will blow out. The drains below the w/shield at each end side look like a 1 1/2" slit in the metal thats been pried up.
