Adj. FPR Setting: Help

Hello guys, I took out my old 2.5 BAR FPR for an adjustable one with a fuel pressure gage. What should I adjust the fuel pressure regulator to be at idle? 30psi? I don't want to run to lean or to rich. Its on a 1986 Porsche 944 turbo with a full 3" exhaust, Lr boost enhancer, 2 wg shims and a autothority stage 2 chip set. Thanks.

I would go with 36 to 40 and see how it runs - That's where I have mine set and it's runnin' great - My AFR gauge says it is stoic so that's good here.

Thats what I was thinking, I have it set at 35 and it seems fine, I just dont want to run to lean. I think I will set it up to 38. Thanks for the response.

36 would be right on the money. That is at idle with the vac/pressure line disconnected from it and plugged.
