Don, I'd like to answer your question, but unfortunately noone answered my question either. Although I don't know the answer to your question, for others to answer it, you will also have to provide the width of your wheels and their offset. You could probably go with M030 brakes (sometimes referred to as 928S4 brakes, same brakes that came standard on 1988 and 1989 944 TurboS). I've seen many different advertisements in Excellence that offer Brembo Big Red packages for 944's. However, those packages are pretty expensive and don't just bolt right on (they usually include additional components to bolt on the brakes). If Brembo Big Reds will fit on a 944, then you should be able to go with anything. Will Brembo Big Reds fit on a 944 without spacers? I don't know. Hopefully someone will answer our questions.

Don, I found the answer to my question, I hope this helps you. I have the stock brakes on my S2. I want to upgrade to M030 brakes. At first I didn't know if they would fit up front. But I figured out that they will. My front wheels are 7 inches (177.8mm) wide but I don't know if their offset is 55mm or 52.3mm. The front wheels that came with the M030 option on the S2 are 7.5 inches (190.5mm) wide with a 65mm offset. So, the distance from the outside front to the mounting surface of the M030 wheel is 30.25mm. That distance on my front wheel is 33.9mm if I have 55mm offset and 36.6mm if I have 52.3mm offset. So, I should actually have more room. I don't know if any of this information helps you out at all. Try to find out the offset and the width of your wheels. That way you can more easily find out what size rotors and calipers you can upgrade to.
