Cleaning Driver's Side Drain?

I have a leak on the driver's side, not weather stripping or sunroof drains, more of a leak near the accelerator. Wondering where it could be coming through - I can't replicate the leak with a hose, but it shows up after heavy rains. Tried sticking a hanger down the drain near the fuse box, but couldn't bend it right, wondering if you have any suggestions for how to declog the drain.

Thanks,
Bruce

I used heavy duty grass edge trimmer line to run down the drain and opened it up.

Cheers,
Larry
