Angry Aaaaaaaaarrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

&*%!@#%!^#!#%!*%@#*@#^*%#@!&*#@&(#@@$(()^#@
Its happened again!! This will be the 3rd xmas in a row I will be without as a car!!! 3 out of 3 even!
Last nite I was cruising home with an extra 180kgs of fat bodies in the back and me and a mate up front. We came to this road which is notorious for killing drunk drivers (had a friend roll his Subaru turbo wagon 2 wks ago. Rolled 6 times. another guy rolled a VW convertible a mth ago. He was thrown clear luckily). Coming down an uneven surfaced downhill straight I bottomed out so slowed down then heard a huge bang and then the smell of rubber filled the car. Pulled over and jumped out for a look thinking I'd blown a tyre (heard chunks of sumthing hitting the underside of the car. ) Tyres were all sweet so nursed the old girl home. This moring it was rattly as hell on start up/ idle. Got to work and jacked it up and had a look. I had a feeling it was what happened my first xmas and I was right. Theres a big rubber bushing on the back of the engine on the end of the driveshaft that shat itelf. A big chunk of rubber was sitting on the ground rite underneath it.

Last time this happened - - - MY CAR IS AN AUTO 924 BEFORE U ASK - - - We found a part in a wreckers for $NZ150.00. It was the only one we could find in the whole country. It was going to cost $NZ1000.00 not incl freight to get one new from Germany. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to find another one used and will have to resort to overseas sources. You guys have a bigger market over there can anyone help??

I've had it with this car, I'm turfing it asap. I think I've just about spent equal to or more on upkeep as for what I bought it. Last time this happened was my first xmas with it. My old man & I spent a day under the car fixing it. Next day my alternator went. Had to get it rebuilt and a whole lot of burnt wiring replaced. The following xmas my headgasket blew. I don't want to say it but I may be resorting to a jappa car soon...

Got another problem. the car is only liking to be started by jumping it. The battery has run down since I last used it 2 days ago- dont ask me why. Try and put any power down, like out of a corner and shudders like its in death throws and stalls or shudders and surges ahead. Sounds like I have bad fuel?

What broke? Sounds like the auto trans dampner. I've got a used one with minor cracking in the rubber (mechanic claims there is still 10-20K miles left on it). But its heavy, and my guess is it would be $$$ to ship to NZ.
