Alternator finally working. I have to rev the engine to 4 grand once started for it to pump out juice, but once it energies it's reading 13.6V and 13.8 with headlights on. :)
The battery drain is another issue, I'm pegging the gauge at 1 So there is definately a few draws. The first one I tracked down was the blower motor is running on it's own with the ignition off and key out.. Unplugged for now. Pulling about 85 amps now. prolly a bad relay. Charging system is figured out. Just a few alternators, aftermarket remote adjustable voltage regulator, and new wiring harness. :)

Just have to figure out why the second radiator fan isn't getting juice, and some smaller electrical issues. It only took acouple years. :/

"Pulling about 85 amps now".

I hope you mean 85 mA (milliamps). Clarks thinks about 65 mA is normal. This is high. You should be under 50 mA. On both my cars the only draw I have is the clock and the radio presets. My draw is about 10 mA.

When you test the mA draw on the car, make sure you close the car doors. If not you get an incorrect reading due to the interior lights, door buzzer or alarm.

I had a problem with fuse #7. My radio blew the fuse. Replaced the radio and in the process I pulled the wire off the clock & one climate lever light and this blew the fuse. Now all fixed.
