rear wheel bearing...ok which parts are which?
![]() a friend took it apart for me so i didn't see which parts are which. which is which is which? A B from left to right ignore C A is pretty deep inwards bevel. B is an slight outwards bevel. ![]() so is A & B...which is #2 and which is #10. and how do they face? bevel inboard or outboard? |

I recently did this job about a weak ago. A is #10 and B is #2 on the diagram. A is tapered and i don't remember exactly wich way it goes but i do remember the wear pattern on the hub #16 matched #10. If i remember correctly in the picture you posted the top peice of that spacer faces inward because it matches the outer part of the wheel bearing and the bottom piece faces outward to make contact the surface of hub #16. You should use some High Pressure Moly Ep Grease and some Disk Wheel Bearing Grease. The moly grease is only used on the splines of the sub axel part #1 in the diagram and i used a little Moly grease to slide on the spacer #2. becuse it was hard to slide on.. Per haynes manuel
