New Tires, now a Knock

Hello all, been a while since I've been on here but I need some help.
I recently bought some 931 wheels from my brother in law, they are much wider than what I had originally had on my 924S. I made sure they would clear my calipers and everything before putting them on, but once I took it for a test drive i was getting a constant knock from the right front, it would match my mph with the speed of the knock. I was wondering if anybody had an idea as to what it might be?
Also, is there any way to tighten up the rear shocks so when i go over a bump the rear tires dont rub on the top of the fender wells? Thats another issue with these tires.

thanks!

Make sure something isn't stuck in the treads like a rock
