badly rusted bolt removal help

I removed my exhaust system. to get the 2 sections apart I had to cut the bolts. Now it seems the main bolts are rusted into the flange on the cat section.

Any suggestions on what or how I can get them out so I can reuse this section?
I tried heating them, pounding on them, PBing them nothing seems to work.

Heat them until they are cherry red and then use a bigger hammer.

Well I only had a plumbers torch and it can't get them hot enough so I gave up after a while and took it to my local muffler shop where they had a bigger torch and once heated hot enough they could pound them out with a hammer and chisel.

Thanks for the suggestions

Yep. Plumber's torch that can burn MAPP gas was one of the best tools I ever bought. Lots hotter than propane.

I would try a can of coke. If not that then Auto Trans Fluid + laquer thinner. 50/50 mix. Let it sit for a while.
