Oil pressure

HI,
about a month ago my pulley for steering-rack gone bad (the one on the crankshaft)...so now i have replace it and after starting the car i got 1-2bar on the oil gauge and also light come on... before that i had good oil pressure...i can't understand if this has something to do with the changed pulley ????
could the main bolt that keep all the pulleys in place be the problem???please help

did u remove the cone shaped pulley on the crankshaft? there's also a spacer that needs to be put back in the correct orientation. both of those make the grip to turn the oil pump.

the crank bolt needs to go on to 155 ft lb. if the engine's still on the car, that means breaker bar plus 3foot metal pipe extension. with a flywheel lock.
