Alright... I have 968 water problems that have migrate to the rear of my sunroof... I fixed a detached drain tube in the front but have developed more pooling of water in the rear.
I tried air pressure to blow out the tube which was unsuccessful due to 'what I thought' was an extremely clogged tube... In the process it detached from the fitting at the sunroof. ((No big deal!!)) I proceeded to remove all of my body trimming in the area to access the tube and hopefully blow out the crud from the tube directly. I however discovered that my tube is actually pinched by the cross rod for the sunroof motor onto the body frame. Now I have to resolve the following problems/concerns... 1) Since this is a really old tube I am afraid that it will crack if I try to form it back to a round tube shape 2) I need to figure out a way to keep it from getting crushed again 3) I am not feeling very ambitious about trying to replace the whole tube which seems to be encapsulated within the rear body structure. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ![]() |

Could you use the old tube to pull in a new one? The rear ones end up down in the cubby at each side/bottom of the rear compartment then out thru the bottom
