Porsche Crest pulling dents from rear fender flair

yesterday i hit some gravel, got kicked sideways and my right, rear wheel well flair was dented in pretty bad. enough to where if i put a person in the back seat the tire is rubbing on it hard. I dont really have the money to buy, and weld a new rear quarter panel on so i was hoping somebody could give me some ideas on how to fix this.

while you can't buff-it out
you can beat it out
a dolly [big hunk of multi shaped steel] and body hammers [shaped heads] really help

or try the newer spoon bending out tricks if not tooo bad

or the good old baseball bat roll to stop the rubbing at least

worse case slide hammer and bondo [shutter]

depends on how bad/deep wrinkles or dents ect
