driving lights out

None of my driving lights on the passenger side have power to them. The turn signal light(flashing works), front or rear marker lights, or the driving lights on the tail light. all on the same side.

All my fuses look good, what else would cause this?

Thanks,
-Ryan

Test/jumper the wire connections in the headlight switch. I think you can jumper some of the socket terminals on the switch power feed, over to the running light's power out.

The same thing happened on my 83 when the light switch melted inside, some of the plastic was raised up inside the switch contact area, blocking the contacts for the passenger side running lights..

Thanks for the advice! I pulled the headlight switch, and found the a grey wire with a red stripe totally melted and broke, which kinda scares me...
what caused it to melt like that? Im guessing this is my problem with my driving lights..

thanks,
Ryan
