Reliable shop for Testing DMEs?
 

Does anyone know of a reliable place to send your DME for a full test?

I sent one to george at 944ecology and had really good luck. A big thumbs up!

To precisely answer your question:

Specialized ECU Repair - Rebuilt Porsche DME, BMW ECU, Jaguar ECU, Volvo ECU, Ferrari ECU Bosch Motronic Electronic Control Units

There are a couple of members who might stick your unit in one of their cars to see if it works. They would expect you to buy a good used from them if yours is bad.

Of course the used DME may have a 30 day guarantee or less (3/30 ==3 blocks or 30 minutes) and it may be wise to have it checked professionally.
