low mileage insurance
I think I remember some time ago an ad in Excellence magazine for car insurance that was cheaper if you didn't drive very many miles a year. Or maybe you don't drive it for half the year due to bad weather. Does anybody know what the company was? Does anybody do this and find it to be considerably cheaper????
Thanks Guys! |

I believe they are Leland West
I believe the company is Leland West.(SP?)
I will be contacting them this week to see about insurance for my 944. Might be on the road soon. Finally sold my Lumina... maybe. Eric

I called them up, Leland of Fresno, CA and their phone # is 559-431-8282.
Problem for me is that one of the requirements for this special insurance is the car has to be in a fully-enclosed, private garage. |

I don't know about all insurance companies, but when I lived in the cold North, State Farm allowed me to keep the car off the road for six months November through May for a very reduced rate. You might ask you agent if your company has a similar deal
