Carpet Clips

This is going to sound dumb. But I just received my NEW Pelican Parts Special Order 944 floormats, and I don't know what to do with the carpet clips. My 944 has some aftermarket mats in it that were velcroed to the floor. Where are these thing supposed to go?

What are the special order ones? Do they have the Porsche crest or name embroidered on them? Are they in the online catalog somewhere? I looked and only found plain Lloyds mats.

I ask because I am looking for mats for my S2, and I've only seen Lloyds mats for sale, and all the ones I've seen are plain (or embroidered with the owner's initials, which I don't want).

Are the Lloyds mats quality mats? Has anyone ordered them from Pelican?

What mats are available, and where do I get them? I would prefer a custom fit, made for the 944/S2, and I would prefer the Porsche crest or name embroidered on them.

Any BTDT or assistance is greatly appreciated. My birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks, and these are one of the items on my birthday wish-list!!

I received embroidered factory mats from Performance Products for Christmas. They came in a factory box and included clips to secure them to the floor. However, the fit is so good that the clips seemed unnecessary and I did not use them.
They are quality mats, though I have seen better. I wanted to ensure a color match to my Navy interior and, I confess, wanted the Porsche logo too.
I liberally applied scotchguard before I put them in the car. They look great!
