Headlights not opening all the way. 83 944
 

This is an intermittent problem. When the headlights are turned on they sometimes do not raise all the way. Sometimes they open part way then come up completely. Does anyone know if there is an adjustment?

83 944NA Purchased 30 days ago 68000 miles, no winters.
