120,000 mile service list

Ok, so "The Flash" is going in for the 120,000 service. So far, here's what's going to be done:
-Timing Belt & H2O pump.
-Replace cam chain guide & valve cover gasket.
-Replace brakes with autox/DE application brakes.
-If needed, replace front A-arms. (Cheap insurance for DE events)
-Possibly replace starter?

(Last year, the PO did the clutch, exhaust, motor mounts, alternator, among other maintenance items.)

Now, I now there's more: any suggestions? What about the counter-balance shaft belt thingies? (Sorry for my non-technical verbage)

I've got about a $2000.00-$3000.00 budget. Note: I don't wish to do any mods to my car at this point, just want to get as much preventative maintenance done as possible. The primary use of my car will be DE/Track/autox, with a trip to work 1-2 times a week.

Have you thought about shocks/struts, if they are original they are probably getting tired.

I'm looking to get a set of Bilsteins before the autox season starts back up.
