After-market muffler?

What brand of muffler is a good after market muffler that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? Dynomax? Flowmaster? I need to replace the muffler on my car, but I'm not sure what to look for. I'd like to get one that will still provide a similar sound. Any advice?

This subject has been brought up a million times before. Do a search under "mufflers" and see what you come up with. I had a SpinTech muffler installed on my 944. My Porsche now sounds like a Honda. I will be replacing the SpinTech with a Bursch. Good luck!
