What electrical diagram?

I have a 85 built in Nov 84 what electrical diagram do I use? (Vehicle ID 94FN47.......)

The service manual has this ATTENTION notice:

"ONLY FOR VEHICLES UP TO VEHICLE ID NUMBER:

94FN401638......... 94FN451912
95FN100122......... 95FN150106"

I'm not to bright but shouldn't this mean "only for vehicles after these Vehicle ID#"

I'm just guessing but if it's an early style car, use the 84; if it's a late car, the 85. I don't remember what month the cut-off was.

Very little difference between the '84 and early '85 wiring, or the later 924s models (86-88) for that matter. They were all the last of the early series that really date back to the late 70's.
There was a major difference in the later '85 cars, which started production around March of 85 or so. These are listed as "model 85/2."
Since your car has the radio antenna on the fender, it's an early car. You should use the diagrams for the "Type 944 Model 84" in the factory books. You can also use the diagrams for "Type 924S model 86." These diagrams are pretty much interchangeable, the only difference is the 924S diagram follows the newer style layout. I found that everything I looked at was pretty much identical, although you may run into some differences.
Frankly, I like the layout of the earlier diagrams since it's easier to trace the circuit; i.e. follow from the feed through the switches to the load to ground. With the newer style diagrams, it's more based on how the harness is physically laid out in the car, so you have to jump around a lot between the different sheets.
