Isv mount screws
Yeah these guys Pelican Parts - Product Information: 999-703-264-00-M100
The ones in my intake manifold are sheared off just leaving the bottom metal plate I want to powdercoat my manifold but those screws are the only thing in my way drill them out? I thought about just leaving them and then getting new screws slicing through the rubber and gluing them on but now that I think about it that just sounds like a terrible idea.

Ive had this happen before on the ISV mounts and the intercooler mounts which are basically the same thing. Ive always had luck getting a pair of vice grips or channel-locks around the metal piece that is left over when the rubber splits.
They are not torqued very high, the problem is really just the rubber gets brittle and breaks at even the slightest torque.

Alright thanks for the idea, I tried with a pair of pliers for a little bit but had no luck, I'll give it a shot later now that I know they are not torqued very tightly. It's just kind of tough because the metal lip is small and there it is kind of recessed on one side so the lip is even harder to grip all the way around, i don't know if that is a difference of the S manifold vs the 8v or the turbo.

I had the same problem with my S manifold. Ended up drilling a small hole and using an easy out.
