Rear Sway Bar install - effect camber?

Will installing a rear sway bar affect the camber? I know that I have to replace the camber eccentric but once that's in place and I get an alignment, can I put in the rear sway bar later and expect no negative effects on my alignment? (I"m missing one locking nut and washer to install my sway bar and wanted to get an alignment tomorrow AM)

Sway bar has no effect on camber. It only limits the body roll. If the rear bar is made tighter, the car will tend to oversteer. If you loosen it, car will want to understeer. This is an adjustable sway bar I am talking about. Sway bar has no effect if input is same to both rear wheels. In that case, it only rotates in its bearings.
