Need help with oil leak

On my 83' 944, I have an oil leak coming from area behind the base of the distributor. I suspect the camshaft seal.
Question: How difficult is it to replace all the necessary gasket and seal, and where can I find instructions/directions to do this. I would appreciate any help.

Thank you for the two sources of instructions......I should be able to take care of the cam seals while I'm replacing the timing and balance shaft belts.
