I haven't been fortunate enough to see a turbo in this good a shape in person...

I hope it goes for ridiculous amount of money, to somebody who'll take care of the car. I know this is the second time the ad's being listed, but for God's sake it's such a nice example of a great car.

you know what cracks me up? New paint...wrong radio - with scratches included...front end damage...dash cracks...wacked out front suspension (with no rear reduction). All with 43k? The car I bought is probably nicer believe it or not. Its not about the miles but about the way the car has been maintained. I'd wager that car has been ridden hard and put away wett. It certainly hasn't been garaged (new paint and dash cracks). But maybe I'm just too picky...

Do you really think so? Well, I thought my turbo was in better shape than the car craig just bought, but you never know from just pictures I guess...

My 951 purchase was just like this. It was also listed on Ebay at first. With a flashy add like this. And only 60k on the clock. But like the above post said, there may be other history. I to date have replaced the turbo and many other parts including a complete engine reseal. I think mine suffered due to not being driven very often by the PO.

Look at that rear wiper! Now thats quality. Perfect my A$$. Front was resprayed = looks good in pictures but no way it matches in person

low miles does not equal perfect shape. Like Erick said, its all in the owner

Nice S2: Very, very clean. Love the color.

As for the guard's red turbo Ahmet saw: right now, the bid it up to $8k and change. If it doesn't go up much more, it can be a great deal on a 951S, despite all the little imperfections. Don't forget, this is a 12 year old car!
