A couple of cheap turbos

I promised the owner of the 944 Turbo I would try to spread the word since I am tied up in my "S" right now and cant buy it for myself. He's selling it to help his wife with recent medical problems

944 Turbo - 1986 Porsche 944 Turbo - $3,750
924 Turbo - 1979 porsche 924 turbo - $750

The 924 is a piece of junk from a different owner, I just added it for fun

Good lord, I think that toofah has a decimal out of place.

Maybe two places. Yikes.

That 951 looks like not too bad a deal for someone... I know from experience that they can rapidly increase in cost however - not even factoring in obligatory boost upgrades.

Yeah, the concern on that 951 is that it looks pretty good in the pics but is described as "fair?" Might mean it only runs fair!

And what is up with those seats?

the only thing about the turbos I knew to ask about was the turbo itself and the turbo holds its boost well, but someone installed an aftermarket pressure gauge so the factory bar gauge only works sometimes..

I wonder what part of the body is being restored on the 924 since it says its in process.

The guy must really know where he drives if he claims the work was done 1200 miles ago but the odometer doesn't work.

I know where the body resto on the 924 is....drivers side.....only he started it 20 years ago...I'd let him pay me $750 to remove it from his yard.

Nothing wrong with them seats, simply redone which is normal with a car that age ,at least it was redone with good taste & it does match the car interior.
