Broke Spring,

Will One valve with both springs broken, inner and Outer, on a 16 valve cause a 0 compression? Outer in 3 clean pieces, inner into 2.

Sounds reasonable. Without the spring, the valve would likely hang open.

yep sure will hope it hasn't dropped low enough to get hit by the piston and bent.

it'd prob hit the piston and just ride up and down unless some part of the spring catches and jams.

not good but not end of the world
