924S Sunroof Help ASAP!!!!

So i'm trying to fix my 1987 924S up to be a daily driver. it used to be my auto cross car but now times have gotten tough and it needs to be a daily driver. it has a few problems that i'm working on at the moment but the one that i'm stumped by is the sunroof. I recently found out that it had a motorized sunroof but i don't have the clips for the front (i just ordered a set on ebay) and the rear latch mechanism's are there but the white gears are worn and the lifting arms are gone... I cannot find them anywhere!!!

Main questions:
1. where can i find the mechanisms? should i get other parts then just those?
2. are there any tricks to putting them in or do they just bolt up?
3. is there anything else i should know about the sunroof?

Check Clarks Garage for all your sunroof info. I recommend you loosen the slip clutch first, before doing ANY testing, then only tighten it enough to lift the roof, and no more.
