Oil pressure relief valve is stuck and the over-pressure oil is blowing out the seal on the oil filter? That'd be my guess...
Or maybe a defective seal (o-ring) on the filter?

are you positive you
A.) removed the old filter gasket before new install or B.) replaced the gasket that was included with the new filter? |

Did you get the oil filter mount aligned properly when you re-installed it. Like Mike mentioned, high oil pressure will cause that.

Agh I got the alignment tool but I didn't know what to use it for...
I did remove old gasket and the replaced with new. I have tightened this filter so much. But I'm not sure how to use the alignment tool |

Could the oil filter be the incorrect fitting?
