Oil pressure relief valve is stuck and the over-pressure oil is blowing out the seal on the oil filter? That'd be my guess...

Or maybe a defective seal (o-ring) on the filter?

are you positive you
A.) removed the old filter gasket before new install
or
B.) replaced the gasket that was included with the new filter?

Did you get the oil filter mount aligned properly when you re-installed it. Like Mike mentioned, high oil pressure will cause that.

Agh I got the alignment tool but I didn't know what to use it for...
I did remove old gasket and the replaced with new. I have tightened this filter so much.

But I'm not sure how to use the alignment tool

Could the oil filter be the incorrect fitting?
