I don't want to bash any company but has anybody here delt with "deutschepartsusa" E-bay ?? I have not had good dealings and will never buy again. Alan

I purchased a set of heavy duty turbo engine mounts that broke in 2 weeks. They refused to give me my money back. They wanted to send me more mounts and send the other ones back. I told them they need to get down here and change them out then. They have not contacted me since.

sad and frustrating when this happens, sorry to hear it, maybe we should all contact this "seller" and let him know he killed sales with all of us.

They sent me wrong part twice. I ended up buying elsewhere. I would not deal with them again.

The reason I asked is because I bought inner and outer tie rods but the outers did not fit my car, I posted here about this. The company said sorry send them back and we will refund for the unused parts. I sent them back, they said they revieved the parts, now no word I have mailed them 3 times with no reply, lesson learned. Alan

Rule of thumb, stay with tried and true companies...with a proven track record. I do business with P companies mostly...;)

Have heard some horror stories about this vendor. Would not trust any critical parts from them.

Stick with the sponsor. Good parts, prices and service IMHO. You will be fine most of the time. There are a lot of predators out there so Caveat emptor is not paranoia...it is good sense. For used parts check around for feedback and get a picture of the part before you buy it.
