It doesn't rain, it snows!
Well... Today is definitely Friday the 13th!! Even if it is May!! I'm driving the 944 home after purchasing 6 X 5L containers of Mobil 1 15/50 synthetic oil for 300$ :eek:and the sky is lookin awful black. The high for the day was supposed to be 7 or 8*C but it's so damn cold out so I've got the heater cranked. I get to the highway and my buddy the german starts laughing his head off. I'm pissed because Mobil 1 is discontinuing the production of 5L jugs of 15/50 so I ask him what's up? He says I thought you didn't drive the car in the snow ever!! It's snowing!! Holy crap!! It started to snow. I hope that's not a sign of things to come at home as we're already fighting a major flood!! Oh well, just thought I'd vent...

Weather in central CA is usually nice. I lived in Wyoming for 6 years, it HOTT then COLD all the time.
I had one 944na have a wire burn in the dash due to the PO leaving cut wires on sharp metal corners, then 2 mins later (i sent her to get subway) a kid u turned right in front of my wife while in her 944S which had 2000 miles on a top end rebuilt engine. 2 in 1 in 2 mins. |
