Pulled out of my street and there he was a twin to my red n/a. Both of us rolled down our windows and gave a big thumbs up and smiles, then drove together for about 10 k's (6 miles). You should have seen all the looks we got it was GREAT.

Holy crap this topic is awesome! :D

okay, here's mine:

Date: 05-03
Time: ~3:30 PM
Location: Riverside, California
Car: Late Black 911 SC with turbo look.
Driver: Guy, early 40's
Flash: Mutual wave, smile, and nod.
Comments: Driving on Arlington Ave up to Moreno Valley, this guy crept out of my blindspot right behind me. Then he pulled along next to me. We waved, smiled, and nodded to eachother. I looked behind him and saw this POS RX7 with a phart pipe fighting to match the SC's speed. I pointed at this tail concerned and he smirked with a shrug, then took off uphill (doing at least 85). A few seconds go by and you can still see the RX7 fighting, although way behind, to match the 911.

Date: 06-08
Time: ~6:00 PM
Location: Norco, California
Car: Silver Boxster cab.
Driver: Guy late 20's, Girl early 20's.
Flash: Sorta...
Comments: I'm driving home from work and i see the front end of a boxster in the lane next to me, sort of behind as well. I think he was reading the rear to make sure i actually had a porsche (there's a lot of ricers in RX7s around here so it's sometimes hard to tell). He pulls up next to me at the signal. I roll down my window and say to the girl "Hey, Nice car!" The driver (guy) kinda gives me a smug prick look, while his passenger smiles, giggles, and says "thanks! you too!".

Date: 07-01-03
Time: ~5:30 PM
Location: Riverside, California
Car: 90's 944 Cab
Driver: Guy, early 40's
Flash: Mutual look of suprise.
Comments: Driving home from work (again) i see in the opposing lane a white RX7. But wait! it's got a wider front end. That's no RX7, that's a white 944! It was too late to flash, but it looked like we noticed eachothers' cars and had that look of suprise that the other person was in fact not driving a ricemobile.

Oh yes, and there's all the PCA meets. those are a bonus every time :D

I don't bother flashing the newer 911-Boxster crowd. I'm willing to bet that more than half you see on the road are on lease and driven by jerks living way above their means.

I always wave to 944s and 924s.

Don't see many 914s

Always wave to 928s

Sometimes to older 911s

I was flashed by a 911 driver. I've also been snubbed by a fellow 944 driver...

well gents my gf is a hot blonde... she drives my 85 n/a constantly and she loves WoW... so if ya see a red n/a on the long island expressway with a blonde in it... and its weds... just honk... shell be glad to oblige ya with her "high beams"...lol
as for my area i live on long island, and there are to many obnoxious people here... so the only flash ive gotten in the last year while in my 83 n/a, is her in my 85.5 n/a... but at least it was a "good" flash.... hehe
