once again thank you to all for helping me diagnose my cars issues, its now the daily driver again :D :D :D now it seems to idle to low, ive adjusted idle till it goes higher, but i think ive ****ed it up a bit :S and i know go to clarks-garage.... and read... done that no reset instructions. anyone know how to bring idle back to normal?

small screw w/locknut on the upper right hand corner of the throttle body (that's the thing the throttle cable attaches to). Loosen the locknut, and adjust the screw in, tighten locknut.
