I'm not British but the RHD cars do feel more natural to me... wish there was an RHD 944 Turbo available when I was looking to buy one.

RHD cars may also appeal to Pakistanis, Japanese, Indians and not sure who else ... Australians?

Yes, and no!!!! When I lived in Holland I owned a LHD and a RHD, every now and then I got in the wrong side - very embarrassing.

The other day I tried to sit in Cab (Taxi) from the driver's side (left hand side). My wife and the cab driver both looked at me like I was stupid.

When I lived in England I actually had a LHD car once, an Audi Turbo Quattro. All I remember is that it was difficult to overtake anything sitting on that side of the car. Oh, and my insurance was higher due to it being LHD in a RHD country.

that car would be worth anywhere from $4.5-7.5k USD here in NZ depending on mechanical condition.

In Sept 2011 I drove to work in my 944 after 6 mths in Egypt driving LHD's over there. I parked outside my office and carried an armload of gear in, leaving the passenger door open (LHS). Came back out and just jumped straight into the LHS to drive off like it was perfectly normal. unfortunately a few workmates saw and I was mocked accordingly.
