I need help. Computer
 

Ok, so my car was fine and running, then all my gauges turned off, I can't control the sunroof, signals won't work, and I don't think the injectors are working either. I think is has something to do with the computer. If I try to start the car while moving the side mirror then everything controlled by the computer will come on for about 30 sec. But that's it. I really need help

ignition switch...

But with the ignition on, everything not controlled by the computer eg. Headlights, windows, starter works. It's only things that are Linked through the computer that don't work

How did you find out messing with the side mirror for temp power to dme controlled items. LOL. The dme has a separate hot lead from the ignition switch. Sounds like you have a short some where. The sun roof and turn signals are not thru the dme. Check the wire connections under the fuse box, if it is 85.5 or newer. That your time because if a connector is loose it is hard to see, you will need a bright light. And it only has to be out a little bit to cause problems.
