Hey JoshB! I'm just curious what makes your 89 951 a candidate for part out. Is it somthing catistrophic or many things that add up to a part out? Or something else completely. I've been struggling with trying to decide what to do with my parts car that could be fixed, but also is probably a good candidate for part out. Thanks.

What are the details on your car? This one just has too much that it needs and is one of the rarer equipped 944 turbos. Parting one is pretty involved and you'll get grease everywhere. Takes a very understanding other half

It's an 85.5 guards red. The good is a solid motor with 130k and a good clutch. The bad is everything else: ball joints, leaky rack, motor mounts, muffler, broken windshield, old belts, leaky water pump, etc. The fact that is has a solid clutch makes me think it can be saved. And, it's a late car with early offset, which has the cooler early off-set phonies and Fuchs potential. I really love the look of the 85.5 and 86 cars with Fuchs. Even the early offset phonies are pretty cool. They look much better than the late offset phonies.
