You work at a tire store too? Sweet. We haven't had bigger than 23's yet...I'm dreading those aweful 26" wheels/tires.

Yup, I haven't had to mount anything bigger than a 19. I don't think we can mount anything bigger with the rim clamp we have. Our main store takes car of that for us. What brands do you guys mostly deal with? We usually deal with Michelin, BFG, Toyo, Uniroyal, Hankook and Brunswick/Medalist.

We had to get new clamps for our machines before we could do wheels larger than 20". We sell Michelin, BFG, Pirelli, Yokohama, Uniroyal, Continental, General, and then lots of Independent ****s. Aren't those god@mn Eagle F1 Runflats fun to mount?! I use all my body weight and STILL can't flex the sidewall...gotta do the double-bar chop suey action on those b1tches!

What kind of machines do you guys use? We use hunter. I'm not familiar with the Eagle F1's, I'm guessing they are Goodyear? If so, we hardly do anything with them. Only time we sell them is if the customer requests them. How often do you guys sell Generals and then have them come back because they suck donkeys a$$? I can't stand those tires. They are all junk. How big is your store?

Oh yeah, I forgot...we sell Goodyears too. We've got a 40/40, a 40/50, and 4 Euro clamp machines. We used to have a Hunter but the ****ing manager traded it for another rim clamp! We've also got two balancers. The shop is 5 indoor bays, 3 with lifts, two lifts outside, and we pull about $300k + per month. Yup, Generals suck bad...oh yeah, we have Kumhos too...hard to remember them all!

Wow, you store does quite a bit more than ours. We have like 6 or 7 different stores, the main one does at least that much, but ours, not even close. To make things worse, our mechanic has been injured for the last 3 months and none of the people we interviewed were up to our standards. The shop I'm at has 7 bays, 1 with an alignment rack, 3 with two-post lifts, and 2 tire lifts. The last bay has some of our tires in it. The store that I'm at has about 1,000 tires in stock, our main store has over 50,000 and they are building more buildings to store more tires.

Are you TANA certifide or anything?
