what is the best way to lead wire from battery to the back of the car?
so what is the best way to lead wire from battery to sparetyre place for subwoofer?
and new wires to radio? I think they are too thin to handle this century radios.

The size of the wire is fine for the radio, Never hurts to use the inline fuse and filter that comes with a good aftermarket radio tho.
For the 12 volt power wire there are lots of ways, not sure how the engine bay is under a 924 but im sure its similar to a 944. If if it is there should hopefully be rubber grommets the size of, well about 1- 1.5 inches you can probly make a hole threw that large enough that when you push the power wire in the seal it will seal itself, might want to add silicone tho. I have not done it this way yet as i did it " the wrong way" but when i get around to it thats the way i will do it in order to feed the power wire into the cab. Once its in the cab im sure you can figure it out from there. Romve moldings and carpet and hide the wire.

well the radio is shutting down itself when turning the volume up.. my friend told me, that the problem is with speakers short circuiting or too small wires.. and I need "new" cigarette lighter plug, because the navigator power plug is quate big for the oem..

When I ran the wiring for my sub-woofer in a 85.5 944 I drilled a hole in the front part of the battery box then slid the 4 Ga. wire from the battery through there and into the cabin. It ran down the right side of the cabin back to the right side small cubby there where my amp is. Now the problem with this simple method is the drilled hole better not leak any thing down into the cabin from the battery box - why - because the DME is right down below there and could get wet or damaged by a leak. So to remedy any leaks I aluminum soldered a piece of 1/2" id steel tubing x 1" long through the hole. I left it sticking up about 3/4" above the floor of the battery area and ran the large wire down through this. Over the wire and the steel tube there I placed some water proof shrink tubing and set it into place. This shrink tubing is for under water electrical connections (Found at hardware stores and plumbing supply houses) so it should be good for many water proof years.
Along with this large gauge wire I ran the a power wire, 12 ga., off of the keyed ignition switch, and the the 12 ga. speaker signal wires, along with a white 12ga. wire for remote on, all in the same bundle. The 4ga. ground wire was attached to the side wall of the right rear cubby and did not route back to the front battery.

Stick coat hanger through gromet of choice. Tape wire to coat hanger. Have friend pull on other end to pull wire through.

I tested the radio today and when I was driving around, the volume can be raised up to 26 and when I listen the radio when the engine is off the max volume is about 18 on my JVC radio.
I think it is about too thin powercables.. the battery is in good condition.

A bad ground cable can give do that too, try a different ground, if it's still acting up then run some new wires

People often forget about the ground wire...it is part of the circuit, so if you have a monster power cable and a tiny ground cable, where do you think the weak link is??? The ground cable on your battery must be big enough to carry ALL of the load for everything on the car, and the longer it is, the larger it needs to be to overcome resistance. The ground wire from your head unit should either go direct to the battery, or to a really good ground point on the chassis, and should be as large as the power lead.
