Heater Control Valve Delete
Does anyone make a heater control valve delete? Mine just broke (luckily I had a spare) but I'd really like to get that thing out of there.
It's this thingy: Pelican Parts - Product Information: 928-574-573-03-M53 I think a nice piece of aluminum machined to proper diameter (I think it's different sizes each end) with sealing beads would reduce clutter and failure potential.

Use 1/2" Copper Plumbing Pipe x 3" long and 4 gear clamps - two each side on the hoses....My '85 has been that way for many years

This might be OK to do in Seattle where the weather is cold and damp all year.
Why would you want the heater core on "full" year round? John
