Replacing console switch
 
Car is 86 944 turbo. Looking for basic directions on how to replace a console switch. Just do not want to take apart more than I have to to get access to the back of the switch (sunroof switch near gear shifter in console).

Do I remove radio? Comparment below radio? Cassette holder? Shifter boot?

Hoping for simplest solution... Thanks for any help.

Easy go here Clark's Garage Home Page click (Garage Shop Manual) scroll down to Sunroof Components testing & keep scrolling down until you hit Removing Consol switch.:D

Perfect and thanks for showing me how to use the Clarks garage site. I kept getting lost over there. Newish owner so I appreciate the friendly assistance.
