Headlights are acting up

Hello all,

Before I start, yes, I've searched for this. I haven't found a case quite similar to mine. My low beams work, but when I switch forward to high beams, they turn off. On rare occasions, my low beams flicker, but haven't done so in months. When I pull back to flash the high beams, they work fine. Is my switch bad on the steering column? Can it be repaired?

Oh great, thanks! I tried to get the steering wheel off but was too scared of breaking something or messing up the position of the wheel
