Ice green metallic 924 in Cleveland, TN...whose is it?
I saw an ice green 924 in Cleveland, TN a few weeks ago going the opposite direction on highway 74. I swear this was the same 924 I owned from 1989-1995 as my first car! i sold it in the Ooltewah area in 1995. Anybody know the owner of such a car in this area? I know its a long shot but I thought I'd try...I'd love to get back in touch with its owner.

I've got a Nile Green Metallic 924S up in Nashville, but I haven't been down near Cleveland lately. Not sure what color ice green is, but would be curious to see one. I love the Nile Green on my car.

Here's the only photo I have of her scanned:
 It was one of the first 924s imported to the US in '76, so it had the Euro premuffler and no cat. The PO had rebuilt the engine with Euro high compression pistons, shaved the head, and added a Weber throttle body, so it had a lot more power than other 924s I've driven. It was originally silver, but the PO had it painted it ice green metallic which was a color available on 911SCs and early 944s. Had so much fun with that car...

Nice! I like the color a lot. The Nile Green I've got is a dark green. I love those 70s Porsche pastels though.
