Magna Flow Muffler for 944S
Hi, I just lost the muffler on my '87 944S. I was wondering if anyone has used a Magna Flow or other readily available performance muffler and if so, which one. Thanks, John

I have magnaflow on my car its quiet and sounds nice. I had flowmaster on it before that and it was just too loud.

I put a Magnaflow cat back w/2-1/2'' SS pipe and a 4'' SS oval tip. Speedforce Racing sells the cat back system talk to Turbo Tim (619-249-5101) it sounds unbelievable and I receive many comments on how good it sounds and it is no obnoxious.

I have been trying to decide on mufflers and Borla is another good option. There was a comparison of about twenty different mufflers for Db and WRHP. The Borla muffler came in the top few for power and quietness. The test was on a V8, it still should have some relevance for the Porsche 4 cylinder.

Borla flows the Best and has the nicest sound. Dynomax Ultraflo is what i use and i like them just as good...but cost much less... Later...
