Gas cap door sticker part #?
Does anyone have the part number of the sticker inside the gas cap door. It's the sticker that shows tire size, tire pressure, and what fuel to use. I have a 1986 944 with 215 60 15 tires. The PET list a 944 701 287 01 but there is no pic, or location shown. Thanks!!

Ok, so my Porsche dealer found them...
944 701 287 01 Is the "Sticker tyre pressure 215 60 r15" $5.61 And.... 113 000 263 B is the "Sticker octane rating 91ron" $.58 There they are if anyone is missing theirs. |

You got my curiosity up, and I found these for the Turbo versions:
951.701.287.01 - Tire pressure 205/55 + 225/50/16 477.000.258 - Sticker unleaded rear window 211.000.258.A - Sticker unleaded dashboard 113.000.263.B - Sticker octane rating Not sure if all are still available, but should make this more complete.

My dealer said he thinks they are still available, and that they will have to come from Germany. They're ordered, so I'll see if they show up.
Edit: I went ahead and ordered all the stickers, the only one not available is the 944-006-115-10 "engine specs.", but Porsche Germany says they have a vendor who could make it. Last edited by CHICKS; 01-18-2012 at 03:13 PM.. |
