Headlight wiring fried
Well guys I was driving my car the other night andsmoke rolled from the dash. Needless to say my whole wiring is fried, I pulled the dash and one wire running from the headlight switch melted all the way through the fuse box down through the firewall and out.
It melted multiple wires down to copper. My question is it worth even fixing the car by replacing the wiring harness or am I just wasting time? Am i doomed to get wiring issues out of my 1984 944? 58k original miles perfect body just needs a paint job to be perfect I need some opinions this thing is stressing me out I have 5k in the car

yes its worth it.
good used harness and parts are very available for the car, should be able to replace in 1 week
