Changing oil filler seals
I recently replaced my intake boot and noticed some sludge on the inside of the boot. I've done some research and all things point to the two seals on the top and bottom of AOS/Oil filler bottle. I bought the seals and plan on replacing them as soon as I get them. Will I need to drain the oil before resealing the oil filler?

Nope. Just pop it off. Replace seals and reinstall

You will need to remove your intake to get to the bolts, so order intake gaskets also, and if the vacuum lines are old, might as well get those also.

Big list of "while you're in there" items, namely the rear and front ICV hoses, vacuum lines, AOS breather hose, dipstick O-ring

After you've cleaned out all the sludge from the intake and while its off is also a good time to clean and reseal your throttle. Throttle reseal kits are cheap and it takes about an hour to do.

You may want to have a couple of the ICV rubberized mount bolts on hand also, they are known to perish from the engine heat.

So much for just replacing the oil seals.
