Has anyone ever indexed their torsion bars?
I would like to know the process to index my torsion bars so I can match up the height in the rear with the front. The Haynes manual doesn't cover it, and the shop I go to to get the really hard stuff done doesn't want to do it anytime soon. So I guess I'm the one who has to do it, sucks
![]() BTW: the two adjusting screws in the back doesn't lower it all but an inch, and I need about three more (the consequence on bilstein shocks). |

I wanna say I want to do it, but I... know I am going to have a bigillion seized bolts(that been my luck so far), so I guess if I did it once it might only take me 5 or 6 hours (am I right??).
BTW: how much did you have to pay?? |

It's doable, put it takes a lot of time... I did it a few weeks ago, switched from 23.5 to 25.5 mm bars.
